YOUTH KARATE
One-Hour Group Class for Youth Prices Start at $100
We offer an exercise program that is designed to get you into physical shape and can be adapted for all ages and capabilities.
ADULT KARATE
Private and Group Lessons are available. One hour of
1 on 1
Private lessons are one-on-one sessions, for one hour, subject to availability. Additional costs may apply on a case-by-case basis. Group lessons are available at no extra cost.
SOCIAL-EMOTIONAL RECREATION
Our Social-Emotional programs are designed to help clients with mental and emotional challenges, manage and overcome these issues which can result from environmental and social experiences.
